Role Description As our IR Analyst, you won't just be pushing paper—you will be an integral part of our strategic narrative. You will help bridge the gap between our internal financial performance and the external investment community (buy-side analysts, sell-side analysts, and shareholders). We are looking for a unique hybrid: someone who has a foundational grip on finance, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows, research, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities - Quarterly Earnings Support: - Assist in drafting earnings releases, scripts, presentation decks (PowerPoint), and Q&A prep documents. - AI & Workflow Innovation: - Actively utilize and experiment with AI tools to streamline market research, sentiment analysis of peer transcripts, and initial drafting of IR materials. - Financial Modeling & Data Management: - Maintain and update internal consensus models, track shareholder ownership changes, and analyze trading activity. - Market & Competitor Intelligence: - Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry news, and peer company disclosures (earnings, press releases, regulatory filings) to provide actionable insights. - Investor CRM Management: - Manage our investor database, track interactions, and help coordinate logistics for investor conferences, roadshows, and meetings. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. - Open to stellar recent graduates or those with up to 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., corporate finance, investment banking, equity research, or traditional corporate communications). - Strong familiarity with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or financial-specific AI platforms) and a desire to integrate them into daily workflows. - High proficiency in Excel (modeling, data analysis) and PowerPoint (building clean, visually compelling, data-driven decks). - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Insatiable intellectual curiosity; proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. Requirements - Familiarity with financial databases (Bloomberg, FactSet, CapIQ, or Quartr). - Prior internship experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate FP&A. - A basic understanding of SEC filing requirements (10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks). • Provide day-to-day coordination across all project workstreams • Support the Project Manager in overall project execution • Prepare materials for internal and external meetings • Track progress against milestones and support donor reporting • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams • Support engagement with global, regional, and country-level stakeholders • Coordinate implementation of communities of practice (CoPs) • Support the development, organization, and dissemination of knowledge products • Assist with formatting, editing, and quality control of project deliverables

• Work closely with merchants, merchant success team members and other ShipBob departments to deliver best value. • Support merchants to create Warehouse Receiving Orders (WROs) for inbound shipments as per Operations protocol, in addition to resolving UROs (Unidentified Receiving Orders) on behalf of the merchants. • Review bill of Lading, manufacturer packing slips and based on those documents create Warehouse Receiving Orders for inbound shipments. • Create and/or manage internal/external inventory transfers. • Create and track B2B orders, Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) orders, work orders (kitting, de-kitting, case breakdowns, disposal/donation) on behalf of the merchants. • Schedule dock appointments for inbound and outbound shipments on OpenDock Nova or any applicable appointment scheduling tools. • Monitor the merchant app daily for red flags and collaborate with the merchant and/or ShipBob departments to ensure smooth flow of orders. • Work with internal Control Tower and Success Operations teams to ensure orders are marked as shipped once they have left a ShipBob Fulfillment Center. • Communicate with the merchant / ShipBob Operations and ICQA teams on how to proceed with inventory that fails the quality control process. • Provide custom reporting to the merchant using available tools – Retool, PowerBI, et al. • Creation of bill of lading, parcel shipping labels & pallet labels. • Supervise and coordinate with ShipBob operations for shipping of B2B/retail orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork. • Build solid relationships with Implementation teams, internal customers (Operations) to ensure a positive business impact. • Escalate urgent issues timely, keeping positive merchant experience at the center of all such decisions. • Other duties as assigned by Team Lead and/or Manager.

• Perform Investor Due Diligence (IDD), AML, and KYC reviews for new and existing investors, clients, and funds in line with firm policies and regulatory requirements • Maintain accurate AML/KYC records and ensure investor files remain complete, organized, and audit ready • Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Investor Relations, Operations, and external service providers to facilitate timely investor onboarding • Coordinate with FSG Onboarding Team to obtain outstanding AML/KYC documentation and resolve deficiencies • Track AML review status and assist with reporting on onboarding metrics, outstanding requests, and workflow progress • Stay current on AML/KYC regulations, industry best practices, and evolving regulatory expectations
