Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in collections management and customer service.
  • Previous experience in a Call Center or remote customer support role.
  • Objection-handling skills and negotiation ability.
  • Experience managing customer portfolios, following up on payments and sending due-date reminders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish.
  • Written and spoken English is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with technology tools (CRM, electronic calendars, payment platforms, video conferencing).
  • Organized, detail-oriented profile with the ability to work under targets.
