• Conduct initial site surveys of newly acquired plots and development sites, documenting existing terrain, infrastructure, boundaries, elevations, and overall site conditions prior to construction commencement. • Perform regular monthly site visits to active construction projects worldwide to execute as-built surveys and monitor construction progress. • Verify and document the accuracy of executed works compared to architectural drawings, engineering plans, BIM models, and approved construction documentation. • Identify deviations, inconsistencies, construction tolerances, and potential technical issues between the designed project and the actual built conditions. • Produce detailed survey reports, progress documentation, measurements, photographic records, and technical assessments for internal technical and management teams. • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, and technical consultants to ensure project execution aligns with design intent and quality standards. • Maintain accurate records of project status, progress milestones, and survey data across all active developments. • Support quality control processes by ensuring construction accuracy, dimensional compliance, and adherence to project specifications. • Utilize modern surveying technologies and software, including GPS/GNSS equipment, total stations, drones, laser scanning, CAD, and BIM-related tools. • Travel extensively internationally to oversee and inspect multiple luxury construction projects simultaneously.

Qualifications - Degree or technical certification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. - Proven experience in construction surveying, as-built verification, or site inspection within high-end residential, hospitality, or luxury developments. - Strong understanding of architectural and engineering drawings, construction methodologies, and technical documentation. - Proficiency with surveying equipment and software platforms. - Ability to interpret and compare as-built conditions against design documentation with high precision. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary international teams. - Willingness and ability to travel extensively worldwide. - Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
