Fire Stopping Surveyor

• Inspection of cavity's, loft spaces, below floor voids, ceilings, boxed in areas • Friendly customer communication • Working knowledge of Rockwool, Hilti & Quelfire products • Use of reporting systems (Bolster / One Serve) • Accurate record keeping • Keen attention to detail
Job Requirements
- Surveying experience of private and public sector properties
- Full UK driving license
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- IT literate, able to use Microsoft suite and Tablet/PDA's
- Relevant professional qualification e.g. Certificate in Applied Fire Risk Assessment or significant experience in Fire Safety Management
- Evidence of any professional and specialist technical skills relating to Fire Safety Management with a detailed knowledge of current regulations and best practice

• Operate Survey Equipment: Use state-of-the-art technology to collect, analyse, and record data to the highest standards, ensuring everything is accurate and up to regulations. Prepare, use, and maintain all relevant survey logs, documentation and reports. Monitor real-time displays; examine calibration, data plots and charts/maps. Be familiar with equipment lists, checklists, service reports, and to confirm that there is no shortage of equipment and parts • Focus on safety. Whatever we do, we want to do it in a safe manner. Report and follow up deficiencies, damaged equipment, safety hazards, or incidents; by using the appropriate reporting system (e.g., failure/breakdown, SJA, non-conformity) • Collaboration is Key: Work alongside survey personnel onshore and offshore, ROV crew, Shift Supervisors and management to ensure smooth operations, while providing input and suggestions for improvements in team performance and operations. Support vessel mobilization and demobilization as needed • Maintain Equipment: Keep survey-related equipment in excellent working condition, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
