Role Description African Safari Group is a fast-growing luxury safari travel company creating bespoke African safari experiences through a blend of travel expertise, supplier access, operational support, and technology. We work to deliver exceptional journeys across Africa while giving travel professionals the backing they need to focus on building strong client relationships and driving sales. This opportunity is suited to an established travel consultant who is motivated by building and growing a book of business in the luxury safari space. In this role, you will work closely with a business designed to support high-quality client delivery, allowing you to spend more of your time on revenue-generating activity and less on administration. - Manage your own safari clients and focus primarily on selling while leveraging the company's suppliers, operations, and finance support. - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth repeat travelers. Qualifications - An existing portfolio of safari clients with a proven sales history in luxury safari travel. - Strong knowledge of luxury safari travel across the African continent. - Experience managing relationships with high-net-worth repeat travelers. Requirements - Comfortable using CRM systems and Wetu in day-to-day client and sales workflows. - Working knowledge of Google Workspace. - Supplier contracts and commission structures. - CRM, CMS, quotes, itinerary builder, and email systems. - VOIP system. - VOIP phone call costs covered. - Business Gmail email system. - Document management systems. - Supplier payment systems. - Financial and accounting systems. - Training on suppliers and systems.
