• Design, configure, and maintain OnBase solutions, including: Workflows Document types, life cycles, and queues User groups, security, and permissions • Develop and customize OnBase components using: Workflow Designer Unity Scripting / Unity APIs OnBase Configuration Studio • Implement document capture, indexing, and storage solutions to support MMIS business processes • Support integrations between OnBase and MMIS components (e.g., eligibility, provider management, claims, finance) • Collaborate with technical teams on data exchange, interface troubleshooting, and performance optimization • Assist with upgrades, patches, and environment migrations (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod) • Support system and user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT), including defect analysis and resolution • Participate in release planning and deployment activities • Ensure solutions comply with state security, audit, and documentation standards • Work closely with business analysts to translate Medicaid business requirements into technical OnBase solutions • Produce and maintain technical documentation, configuration artifacts, and support guides • Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and status reporting

Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering or DevOps supporting software development environments. - Strong programming skills (Python, Rust, Java, React, Golang, TypeScript, Node.js or other scripting languages). - Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS preferred - EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECR, ECS/EKS), including building and maintaining containerized applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Deep understanding of REST principles and experience working with backend APIs and services. - Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and solid understanding of data normalization principles. - Expertise in CI/CD best practices and tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.) - Experience using GenAI work boosting tools in your day-to-day job (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc). - Strong skills in shell scripting (bash, zsh) and terminal multiplexers (tmux).
