Technology background and experience in financial software and services Ability to understand financial services, digital marketing and/or digital advertising business processes Candidate should be energetic, self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed assigned goals Highly motivated and responsible self-starter with the ability to work under pressure Ability to learn and understand product solutions and features Sales experience in start-up companies is preferred Fluent in English Excellent listening and phone skills required Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to LOB or technical audiences Proficient in MS Office Suite Salesforce.com experience a plus Ability to work in a team environment Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000 - $170,000 The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Personetics, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge & skills as well as geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge and skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in Personetics’ Sales Commission Plan.
