About the role We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this senior role, you will take a strategic lead in overseeing the implementation process throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your expertise will ensure a seamless and efficient implementation of Artisight's solutions into clients' environments, while also providing high-level guidance to junior engineers and collaborating with both internal and external teams. You will manage implementation projects, resolve complex technical challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. This is a client-facing implementation role, not a DevOps or SRE position. You will spend significant time working directly with clients on-site and remotely, leading technical implementations, conducting demonstrations, and providing hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle. What you'll do Lead the gathering, analysis, and specification of technical requirements with clients to ensure successful implementation. Who you are 7+ years of enterprise IT experience, with a proven track record of leading complex, client-facing, technical implementations. Advanced expertise in Linux, web applications, and cloud environments. Experience in Healthcare IT or working in highly regulated industries. Strong experience with Python scripting or similar automation tools. Expertise in Ansible for configuration management and automation. Solid understanding with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management Proven leadership experience in managing implementation workflows and technical solutions, particularly in an enterprise setting. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent customer management and relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term client success. Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative, results-oriented manner. Extensive knowledge of server, network, and storage systems, both on-premises and in public cloud environments. Hands-on experience in managing go-live support and post-implementation client assistance. Experience managing and mitigating risks, with a strong focus on effective problem-solving and issue resolution. Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands from internal and external stakeholders. Nice to haves Public Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience collaborating with DevOps and engineering teams to refine processes and tools for scalable implementations. The salary range provided represents the minimum to maximum base pay for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors including but not limited to: demonstrated skills and competencies, relevant professional experience, education and certifications, internal pay equity, geographic location (if applicable), and alignment with market data. Total compensation may also include bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Job Requirements

  • Take ownership of implementation projects, providing end-to-end technical leadership and support from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams, including DevOps, Service Desk, and engineering teams, to ensure smooth implementation and transition to production.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting, problem resolution, and technical support during implementation and post-sale phases.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, guiding them in best practices and ensuring quality standards in the implementation process.
  • Ensure a successful handoff to the client’s operational teams, ensuring smooth go-live and continued system performance.
  • Lead technical presentations, training sessions, and knowledge transfer with clients, resellers, and internal teams.
  • Work proactively with cross-functional teams to anticipate potential risks and issues, and take ownership of mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Artisight's product features, capabilities, and technical roadmaps, and proactively integrate this knowledge into the implementation process.
  • Travel to client sites as needed for technical support, implementation, and training purposes.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, setting realistic expectations, tracking progress, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
