Azure Cloud Administrator

• Manage, administer, and maintain customer infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure. • Provision, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Machines (Windows & Linux). • Administer and monitor Veeam Backup & Replication to ensure successful backup and disaster recovery operations. • Configure and manage Azure networking components including: • Virtual Networks (VNets) • Network Security Groups (NSGs) • Load Balancers • VPN Gateways • Private Endpoints • Monitor and optimize Azure cloud costs using Azure Cost Management, budgets, and resource optimization best practices. • Manage Microsoft 365 (Office 365) users, licenses, subscriptions, and administrative tasks. • Administer Windows Server and Linux server environments, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning. • Configure and manage Fortinet Firewalls, including: • Firewall Policies • NAT Rules • Site-to-Site & Remote Access VPNs • Security Policies • Monitor infrastructure health, performance, availability, and security to ensure maximum uptime and business continuity. • Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, operating systems, backup, and security-related issues. • Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance standards across the Azure environment. • Perform regular system updates, patch management, and preventive maintenance. • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures. • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve infrastructure-related issues within defined SLAs.
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Administration.
- Experience managing Azure Virtual Machines (Windows & Linux).
- Good understanding of Azure networking services including VNets, NSGs, VPN Gateway, Load Balancers, and Private Endpoints.
- Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Office 365).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
- Good Linux administration skills.
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing Fortinet Firewalls.
- Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, NAT, and routing.
- Experience monitoring cloud infrastructure performance and security.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities emphasize hands on execution, learning, and reliable support.
