Role Description Mercier Consultancy Group is proud to present an outstanding opportunity for an Italian-speaking professional to join a leading global online streaming platform. This position in Greece offers you the chance to work remotely from within Greece, supporting Italian-speaking subscribers with a premium, seamless streaming experience. - Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking subscribers via chat, email, and phone channels. - Assist users with account management, subscription queries, billing issues, and technical troubleshooting related to the streaming service. - Guide customers through platform features, content discovery tools, and streaming settings to enhance their viewing experience. - Investigate and resolve playback issues, device compatibility problems, and connectivity errors affecting access to the streaming platform. - Handle escalations professionally and empathetically, ensuring all Italian-speaking customers receive timely and effective resolutions. - Document all customer interactions accurately within the company's CRM system, maintaining a high standard of data quality and case tracking. - Stay up to date with the streaming platform's latest content releases, product updates, and policy changes to deliver informed, accurate support. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and contribute feedback that helps improve the overall Italian-speaking customer experience. Qualifications - Native or fluent Italian language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role. - A genuine passion for digital entertainment, streaming platforms, and online media trends. - Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a client-facing role is highly advantageous. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a patient, customer-first mindset. - Comfortable working in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace. - Basic technical proficiency, including familiarity with common streaming devices, operating systems, and digital platforms.
