Job Summary Partners with business teams to design and implement basic data and analytics-centric and value-added systems and solutions that enable business outcomes. Projects are of limited complexity. Performs work with substantial level of instruction, coaching and guidance from more experienced team members or supervisor. Essential Job Functions - Develops basic value-based analytics solutions for quality, business process functionality, or other strategic/data/analytic initiatives of limited complexity. - Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and establish analytics requirements. - Creates detailed documentation and business plans that address stakeholder needs. - Liaises between IT and Product Management for analytics models and data solutions. - Develops and implements basic enterprise-wide data integration strategies that utilize various data-marts and data warehouse applications to enhance reporting. - Continuously works to improve data platforms, dashboards, and reports to meet emerging and changing business demands and guidelines. - Consults with guidance on UAT, technical specifications, strategic planning, contract design, technical support, testing updates, and trainings. - Manages data from single sources and uses project management skills to complete simple projects with coaching and guidance. - Transmits data and proactively works to ensure data quality. - Troubleshoots data issues and devises creative and effective ways to avoid or mitigate issues. - Uses basic understanding of data elements, structures, standards typically involved in financial services transactions, reporting, and cloud-based data storage/sharing to adopt and apply standards in a way that satisfies and balances regulatory and compliance requirements with business needs. Education Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Bachelors degree preferred. Experience Requirements - 0-1 years of related experience required. - Relevant internship preferred. - P&C Insurance preferred. - SQL, Python, or similar preferred.
