Mid-level FP&A Analyst

• Lead the preparation and monitoring of the Annual Budget and its revisions (Forecast), analyzing variances (Actual vs Budget), identifying deviations and proposing action plans together with cost center managers • Act as the focal point with the partner accounting team; receive and audit the 'accounting kit' and trial balances to identify bottlenecks and ensure cost center classifications are 100% correct • Conduct studies and analyses on the impacts of the Tax Reform, supporting the adaptation of financial processes and internal controls, as well as incorporating regulatory effects into forecasts, budget, cash flow, pricing and business metrics • Ensure daily closing and reconciliation of cash flow in Omie, performing necessary manual updates and organizing allocations among departments and cost centers • Review the fiscal/tax structure to identify accumulated credits and lead renegotiations of fixed costs with market suppliers (software vendors, banks, etc.) • Identify opportunities to automate financial routines and budget validation through practical use of Artificial Intelligence and AI agents • Develop, automate and monitor financial and operational KPIs through unified dashboards (Excel/Power BI), delivering predictive insights to optimize margins • Develop policies, provide guidance and consultative support to managers and the executive team, translating complex data into executive management presentations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience with the SaaS business model and its metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, COGS)
- Practical experience in FP&A and/or Controllership
- Solid knowledge of the Tax Reform, including understanding of changes related to IBS, CBS and Selective Tax, with the ability to assess financial, tax and operational impacts on the business
- Practical experience with cash and accrual accounting bases, accounting standards and financial statement analysis
- Advanced Excel (must have mastery of pivot tables, complex formulas and financial modeling)
- Previous hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Omie)
- Strong analytical profile, excellent communication to liaise between operations and the executive team, and strict deadline orientation
- Organized, methodical and detail-oriented, focused on processes and strict adherence to deadlines
- Previous experience in the technology market, startups or companies with a SaaS business model

• The overall function of the Senior Financial Analyst role is the collaboration with managers, directors, and senior leadership on monthly productivity and remediation of variances. • Responsible for month end closing cycle, including reviewing financial information, journal entries, and reviewing for accuracy. • Maintain and report management systems, reviewing all financial data for accuracy. • Maintains various departmental statistical and financial data. • Projects may include evaluation of the financial impact of new programs, formulating financial forecasts and modeling, preparing projections for new building projects, rate analysis, and other projects.
