Role Description Vous rejoignez l'équipe Avant Ventes de Cédric, le Responsable. - Prendre en charge le dossier d’appel d’offre confié. - Être proactif et imaginatif dans les solutions proposées dans le domaine des solutions pour les Villes et Territoires Connectées (Vidéo protection, Sureté, Connectivité, Smart Solutions). - Garantir une réponse de qualité qui met en avant les compétences de nos agences ainsi que leur professionnalisme. - Analyser les risques techniques et financiers à travers l’étude du cahier des charges. - Définir les quantitatifs/qualitatifs des équipements nécessaires. - Consulter les fournisseurs et analyser leurs offres. - Rédiger les mémoires techniques et les offres en vérifiant leur conformité. - Apporter une expertise et une valeur ajoutée dans la recherche de variantes et d’optimisation des solutions techniques. - Assurer la responsabilité technique des affaires de sûreté (Vidéo-surveillance, Contrôle d’accès et Anti-intrusion) confiées. - Participer au bouclage de l’offre avec les commerciaux, les responsables d'affaires et la directrice d'agence. - Participer à la soutenance commerciale avec les clients. Qualifications - BAC + 3/5 avec une expérience professionnelle. - Solides connaissances dans le domaine des solutions pour les Villes et Territoires Connectées (Vidéo protection, Sureté, Connectivité). - Orienté(e) technique et service client. - Autonomie, d’analyse et d’initiative. - Capacité d'analyser les cahiers des charges et les spécifications techniques de chaque client. - Capacité de rédiger des mémoires techniques spécifiques aux affaires. - Curiosité sur les nouvelles technologies, rigueur, aisance et relationnel. - Goût du travail en équipe. Requirements - Participer activement à la performance de l’entreprise en proposant des solutions sur mesure et innovantes. Role Description The Sterling Sales Engineer will work closely with sales Account Managers in a presales technical role configuring solutions to meet specific customer complex technology needs, showcasing product solutions, setting up product demonstrations, and explaining features and value of technology solutions to customers. The Sales Engineer will be a key partner in the sales cycle and interact with customers both over the phone and on site to build trust and act as a trusted advisor for Sterling’s customers. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related customer-facing role. - A four-year technical degree or military service is not required. - Ability to connect the dots technically while developing personal relationships with customers, sales teams, and vendors. Requirements - Core Technical Skillset Requirements: - Systems: Strong understanding of virtualization technologies, including hypervisors such as VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, and Citrix.
