Role Description Vous souhaitez jouer un rôle dans les défis à relever pour la transition écologique, agir sur le terrain pour concilier préservation de l'environnement et de la santé avec activité industrielle ? En intégrant ce poste, vous rejoindrez le collectif de travail de l'inspection des installations classées. Vous bénéficierez de l'appui des autres inspecteurs de l'unité, des référents régionaux et des actions de coordination et échanges organisées par le service régional. En tant qu'inspecteur-trice de l'environnement (spécialité installations classées), vous suivez les projets et les installations sur leur cycle de vie. En particulier, vous : - accompagnez les porteurs de projets pour le déploiement de leur activité, en proposant les mesures encadrant le fonctionnement des installations, vous participez aux réunions en phase amont du dépôt des dossiers et vous présentez les propositions du service pour les dossiers dont vous avez conduit l'instruction à la commission compétente (CODERST, CDNPS). - contrôlez que les sites respectent la réglementation, et, si nécessaire, proposez des sanctions. - apportez une expertise technique en gestion de crise (accident, pollution...). Vous êtes placés sous l'autorité hiérarchique du chef de la subdivision 18/36-2. Vous disposerez d'une réelle autonomie dans l'organisation du travail, dans le cadre des priorités fixées en accord avec votre hiérarchie. La diversité des nombreuses sollicitations nécessite de la rigueur dans l'organisation et la gestion des priorités. Une présence régulière sur le terrain, en alliant inspection et instruction, et une gestion des affaires, dynamique et proportionnée aux enjeux, sont attendues. Le travail s'inscrit en outre dans un cadre qualité avec des objectifs en termes de délais et de volumes. Vous aurez des contacts réguliers avec le corps préfectoral, les exploitants, les bureaux d'études, d'autres services de l'État (Direction départementale de la protection des populations, Direction départementale des territoires, Agence régionale de santé, Service départemental d'incendie et de secours) mais aussi les élus, avec une sensibilité marquée liées aux enjeux présentés par les installations contrôlées. Qualifications - Vous êtes un-e candidat-e curieux-se, dynamique, rigoureux-se, pédagogue. - Vous avez un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse. - Vous aimez travailler en équipe. - Vous faites preuve de réactivité et du sens des responsabilités et d'un esprit d'initiative. - Vous n'avez pas de difficulté rédactionnelle majeure. - Vous savez tenir des positions et les argumenter. - Vous avez de bonnes connaissances techniques, une appétence pour les sujets environnementaux et une motivation pour la préservation de la biodiversité et/ou les risques accidentels. - Vous avez une formation scientifique BAC+2 ou plus. We are seeking to appoint an Environmental Scientist or Environmental Engineer to support Stantec's growing international portfolio. Reporting to the Environmental Services Leader, you will engage in multiple facets of environmental engineering/consulting investigations, develop skills in relevant software programs, and work with industry leading professionals.
