Role Description We’re seeking a Payer Contracting Specialist (Temp to Perm) for a contract consulting engagement supporting payer contracting and network development across multiple states. This role is ideal for an experienced managed care or provider contracting professional who understands: - Payer relationships - Provider participation agreements - Healthcare reimbursement - Network development The successful candidate will work as an extension of the client’s leadership team, helping advance payer contracting activities with: - Commercial health plans - Medicare Advantage organizations - Medicaid Managed Care Organizations The Payer Contracting Specialist will collaborate closely with: - Credentialing - Legal - Operations - Revenue cycle - Physician recruitment - CWH engagement leadership to ensure payer contracting efforts are aligned with market expansion, provider onboarding, and launch priorities.
