• Identifies opportunities for engagement of members and their families in forming a supportive, recovery network • Develops and implements provision of onsite psychiatric discharge planning education at Recovery and Resiliency sites • Collaborates with Stabilization Teams as a member advocate in discharge planning education, resolution of barriers, and service transitions • Acts as a resource for staff on decision making and problem solving • Initiates and maintains contact with assigned individuals and providers to determine members response to services

• Initiates, negotiates, and executes dental provider contracts and agreements for the organization • Communicates contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to providers • Analyzes financial impact of contracts and terms • Maintains contracts and documentation within a tracking system • Assists with identifying and recruiting providers based on network composition and needs • Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations

• Responsible for case development and resolution of non-clinical cases • Research issues • Reference and understand HF’s internal health plans’ policies and procedures to frame decisions • Interpret regulations • Resolve cases and make critical decisions • Edit and finalize resolution letters • Manage all duties within regulatory timeframes • Communicate effectively to hand-off or pick-up work from colleagues • Work within a framework that measures productivity and quality • Prepare and submit well documented appeals in accordance with payer guidelines • Identify patterns or trends in denials and provide feedback for leadership.

• Review and analyze imaging data to ensure clarity, quality, and technical adequacy • Verify imaging data compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements • Generate and track image queries and collaborate with Sponsors and Sites to resolve issues • Perform protocol‑based image measurements and analysis, as applicable • Prepare and review images for submission to clients and regulatory agencies • Support study startup and site activities, including reviewing site evaluations and assisting with imaging protocol training • Provide technical support to clinical sites for imaging‑related questions and challenges • Assist in the development and review of imaging guidelines, manuals, and study documentation • Support user acceptance testing and contribute to enhancements of imaging tools and systems • Maintain and archive imaging data in accordance with study and compliance requirements • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes • Assist in training and onboarding of new team members • Perform image data translation and digitization activities.
