Qualifications - 7+ years in delivery, project management, or cross-functional leadership within digital, creative, or product-driven environments. - Proven track record leading PM teams and managing complex, multi-account customer portfolios. - Strong command of delivery methodologies: Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, among others. - Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills. - Comfortable operating within a transitional structure and building from the ground up. - High operational discipline, strong emotional intelligence, and sound decision-making under pressure. - Strong availability and responsiveness during core agency hours, with reliable overlap across the team's working day. Benefits - Unlimited PTO: Enjoy a truly flexible work-life balance with our unlimited paid time off policy. - Remote Work: Work from anywhere! We embrace remote work, giving you the freedom to choose your ideal work environment. - Flexible Schedule Tied To Project Needs: Our flexible schedules, aligned with project milestones, allow you to manage your time effectively. - Salary in USD: Receive competitive compensation in USD.
