Role Description To handle contents desk losses and claims. - Examines insurance policies and other records to determine insurance coverage. - Applies limitations and/or exclusions on claims based on coverage afforded by the policy. - Interviews, telephones, and/or corresponds with Insured's to obtain claim information. - Evaluates residential and commercial contents inventories on both a Replacement Cost and Actual Cash Value (ACV) basis. - Finalizes inventory in preparation of reporting including: preparing enclosures, preparing letters, and making detailed notes for reporting purposes. - Tracks time and logs file notes of daily field activity. - Prepares report of findings and negotiates settlement with Insureds. Performs other duties as assigned and supports the organization's quality program(s). Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. - Appropriate state adjuster license is required. - One (1) year claims handling or equivalent combination of education and experience required. - Accounting and insurance background are preferred. - Strong oral and written communication, including presentation skills. - PC literate, including Microsoft Office products. - Demonstrated commitment to timely reporting. - Strong customer service skills. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Good time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently or in a team environment. - Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies. Requirements - Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines. - Physical: Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time; kneel, squat or bend; work outdoors in hot and/or cold weather conditions; climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, reaching/working overhead; lift/carry up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 100 pounds; drive up to 4 hours per day; continual use of manual dexterity. - Auditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talking. Role Description The Digital Content Designer will be responsible for creating polished, performance-focused digital assets for both LTF and our clients. This is not a basic Canva content role. We need someone with strong creative judgement, solid design fundamentals and advanced video editing ability.
