• Design, build, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions that automate customer and employee interactions. • Configure Salesforce Service Cloud to deliver AI-powered case management, self-service, and intelligent support experiences. • Build AI agents using Agentforce, including prompts, topics, actions, orchestration, and conversational workflows. • Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM, Knowledge, Flows, Data Cloud, and enterprise applications. • Configure Salesforce Trust Layer, security controls, and data grounding to ensure secure and responsible AI experiences. • Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, and APIs. • Partner with solution architects and client stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions, code reviews, and solution planning. • Support testing, deployment, release management, and production optimization. • Champion Salesforce best practices while contributing to reusable assets and delivery standards across client engagements.

• Develop and customize Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications according to business requirements. • Develop of complex Power BI solutions leveraging different backend tools • Design and implement user interfaces, forms, and workflows using Power Apps. • Integrate Power Apps solutions with other Microsoft tools and services such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps applications, including performance, scalability, and data integrity. • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Power Apps development and Microsoft Power Platform. • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other team members. • Lead the design and architecture of technical solutions for Business iIntelligence reporting. • Review and approve technical designs and ensure adherence to technical quality criteria. • Confirm that delivered solutions meet technical quality criteria, including code quality, security, performance, and scalability. • Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best development practices. • Participate in project planning and estimation activities. • Communicate technical aspects of the solution to stakeholders and customers in a clear and concise manner.
