• Perform FTP and Treasury processes, collaborating with multiple teams for seamless operations. • Prepare P&L statements and handle all reporting requirements for the funding center. • Automate reports in coordination with IT to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual errors. • Coordinate banking transition efforts for FTP and ALM processes, ensuring a smooth transition. • Play a key role in new management reporting projects, contributing to the development and implementation of efficient reporting systems. • Maintain FTP system configuration in line with the FTP policy, ensuring compliance and accuracy. • Guide and support overseas finance teams in maintaining and managing FTP systems, providing expertise and guidance. • Support other areas of Treasury & Global Markets finance as needed, offering assistance and expertise. • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining high standards of data integrity. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance financial processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution or corporate finance environment.
- Strong knowledge of FTP and Treasury processes, including P&L preparation and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in automating reports and utilizing financial software for efficient data management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and support overseas finance teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial reporting tools.
- A results-driven and proactive approach to work, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Coordinate financial and administrative activities across approximately 15 skilled nursing facilities. • Manage patient billing, insurance administration, payment collections, and family follow-up. • Liaise with families, internal departments, insurance providers, Social Security, Medicaid, and other external agencies. • Manage multiple active cases and projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met. • Research, investigate, and independently resolve complex financial and administrative issues. • Track outstanding matters and proactively drive them through to completion. • Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant, recognizing that even minor errors can have significant financial or regulatory implications. • Communicate regular progress updates and escalate issues where appropriate. • Assist with operational improvements and support broader finance and administrative initiatives as the department grows.
• Lead balance sheet forecasting and monthly variance analysis, with depth in working capital, accrued liabilities, deferred revenue, and debt; communicate root-cause drivers clearly to senior leadership and maintain rolling forecasts that reflect current business conditions. • Serve as the day-to-day steward of the company's 5+ year long-term integrated financial model, maintaining assumptions, incorporating actuals, and providing scenario-ready outputs to inform annual planning and long-range strategy under the direction of the VP, FP&A. • Own the thirteen-week direct cash flow forecast; produce weekly updates with variance explanations and forward-looking commentary, monitor covenant compliance, and flag liquidity risks with sufficient lead time for management action. • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual management and ownership reporting packages, including board, executive, and sponsor materials, with clear KPI dashboards, variance narratives, and financial commentary; serve as a key finance partner to the VP, FP&A and CFO on ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives. • Serve as the primary FP&A liaison to Accounting, ensuring alignment on close processes, accrual methodology, and balance sheet movements; maintain working knowledge of GAAP as it applies to balance sheet forecasting, including inventory valuation, Kiosk CapEx and depreciation, and how P&L activity flows through to balance sheet positions. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and business unit leaders to gather inputs and validate assumptions; drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
