• Develop descriptive and predictive data science solutions focused on process optimization, resource allocation, and decision support for the portfolio’s health and performance areas. • Create sales performance indicators for products and build solutions that increase the portfolio’s profitability. • Execute all stages of the data science solution lifecycle: business understanding, feature study and preparation, mathematical/statistical modeling, performance validation, support for model deployment to production, and measurement of results. • Collaborate with the functional area in the design, application and monitoring of models. • Work in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, interacting with professionals of different profiles and seniority levels.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Python for data analysis and SQL.
- Solid background in statistics.
- Experience with machine learning models and predictive modeling, including interpretation and evaluation of metrics.
- Experience with version control (Git) and cloud environments (GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactiveness and a sense of urgency.
- Analytical, critical and creative thinking to develop solutions that meet different kinds of needs.
- Interest in deepening business knowledge.
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Copilot or Cursor) to increase speed in coding, testing and documentation.

- Mastery of causal inference techniques to isolate the real incremental impact of proposed solutions and avoid analytical false positives.
- Experience developing recommendation engines and large-scale association rule algorithms (such as FP-Growth) is desirable.

Role Description We are seeking a Statistician to join our Data Analytics team. In this role, the Statistician will provide statistical and analytical support for healthcare data analysis projects using a variety of statistical methods and analytical tools. Working under the guidance of senior analytical staff, the Statistician will develop, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support program integrity, healthcare operations, and business decision-making. This position works both independently and collaboratively with data analysts, statisticians, and project leadership to produce high-quality deliverables for clients.
