Qualifications - Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Projektmanagement, Business Development oder Consulting. - Dein Hochschulstudium (M.Sc./ M.A.) mit dem Schwerpunkt in Business Administration, International Management, International Business o.Ä. hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen. - Du hast fundierte Erfahrungen in Marktanalysen, Business Case Development und Change Management. - Du verfügst über starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, um innovative Ideen zu entwickeln und strategisch zu planen. - Du bringst einen souveränen Umgang mit KI-Tools mit (z.B. Role Description The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a crucial role at the start of the sales cycle, responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and generating new business through a variety of channels. As the first point of contact for many customers, they act as ambassadors for the company, working with prospects to understand their challenges and create and communicate value.
