• Record financial transactions and reconcile all corporate bank accounts in NetSuite; maintain the main group reconciliation sheet, ensuring accuracy and timely completion each month • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including supplier payments and invoice management; coordinate supplier financial information requests • Support credit control processes and follow up on outstanding receivables to optimise debt management • Process and review employee expense (T&E) submissions, ensuring adherence to company policy and correct cost centre allocation • Support the Financial Accountant on audit preparation and the Annual Report cycle, including collating transaction-level supporting documentation and preparing schedules for external review
Job Requirements
- Proficient in the use of English Language to C1 level
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Demonstrable experience in financial reporting or related roles (or similar) qualification, or work experience to an equivalent level
- Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience
- AP, AR and experience double entry principle would be a preferred skill
- Good Google Sheet /Excel skills
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work without supervision, problem solve, and have a solutions-focused mindset
- Lean in to support the outcomes for the team and the wider business
- Ability to prioritise workload depending on business requirements
- Experience working with NetSuite (or a similar package)
