Role Description Join the TUI Global HR Systems and People Analytics Team as a Data Scientist, where you'll drive the evolution of HR decision-making through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI. In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of data, business, and technology, shaping how we predict, optimize, and transform the employee experience across our global organization. The role will be published until 23rd July 2026. - Play a key role in advancing our analytics maturity – from predictive analytics to more automated and AI-enabled decision-making. - Contribute to the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics use cases across HR. - Design and implement machine learning models for areas like attrition, hiring, and workforce planning. - Support the adoption of AI solutions to automate data and HR processes. - Build scalable data solutions using Python and modern data tools. - Translate complex analytical outputs into clear and actionable business insights that drive real change. - Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across all analytics products. Qualifications - Proven experience in data science, advanced analytics, or similar roles. - Advanced hands-on skills in Python for data analysis, modelling, and automation. - Strong experience with Tableau. - Proven expertise in machine learning techniques and statistical modelling. - Experience delivering end-to-end data science solutions in a business environment. - Ability to translate business challenges into scalable analytical solutions. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Role Description The Sr. Director, Data Science & Advanced Analytics is responsible for defining and leading DataSpring's enterprise data science and advanced analytics strategy. This leadership role will focus on developing predictive models, machine learning solutions, and scalable analytics platforms to enable data-informed decisions across the organization.
