Role Description As a Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant, you will confidently offer expert guidance and be keen to share your knowledge. You will assist our clients to perfect their travel plans, providing calm and reassuring support. You will enjoy making recommendations for: - Great places to stay - The best seat onboard - The latest special offers - Ways to make their journey run more smoothly You will give clients all necessary data to allow them freedom and responsibility to make informed decisions and immerse yourself in clients' business environments. As a Senior Travel Consultant - Publicity Entertainment, you will: - Accurately and efficiently handle incoming travel requests via multiple channels (e.g., phone, emails) for A-listers, VIPs, Talent, Press, and groups. - Provide creative solutions to ensure publicists' requirements are met. - Be aware of budgets and offer the best solutions possible. - Understand the needs of publicists and travelers, guiding them to the best solutions. - Handle amendments, cancellations, and schedule changes, including recalculations of domestic and international airfares. - Manage accommodation, meet & greets, chauffeured cars, lounges, and other VIP services. - Deliver great customer service each time, showing enthusiasm for working with clients. - Update Travel Manifests and travel logs. - Ensure accuracy in itineraries, back-office invoicing, and billing. - Keep up to date with the changing nature of travel resulting from the pandemic. - Provide visa and country entry restriction guidance. - Work with colleagues in different regions to provide a successful global follow-the-sun operation. Qualifications - Previous entertainment travel experience or VIP travel is essential. - A strong working knowledge of Sabre GDS and good fares and ticketing expertise. - Good worldwide geography and keen attention to detail. - Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to change. - Ability to work flexible hours. - Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment. - Proven excellent customer service provision and problem resolution skills. - Ability to work under pressure. - Adaptable to aspects of the client culture. - Ability to work with international teams to serve a common goal. - Experience with handling small or large groups would be beneficial. Role Description We are seeking a Building Envelope Consultant to provide technically sound solutions for existing building envelope failures and deliver innovative recommendations for new construction and rehabilitation projects. This role serves property owners, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders by evaluating building performance, designing repairs and improvements, and managing projects from investigation through construction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Complete design assignments related to building upgrades, maintenance, restoration, and rehabilitation of existing structures, as well as building envelope components for new construction projects. - Investigate and diagnose failures in existing building envelope systems and develop effective repair solutions. - Conduct constructability reviews and third-party peer reviews of plans, specifications, and construction documents. - Manage building envelope projects and multidisciplinary teams for both new and existing construction, ensuring quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) throughout project delivery. - Perform failure investigations and condition assessments of commercial and residential buildings and provide litigation support when required. - Research building histories, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements, including historical and current code provisions. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing schedules, budgets, and client expectations. - Prepare technical reports, condition assessments, repair designs, bid documents, specifications, addenda, change orders, and related construction documentation. - Conduct site visits, field observations, and construction phase services. - Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and technical expertise. Qualifications - Demonstrated background in IGA functional design specifically for large-scale, enterprise-level programs. - Deep practical experience in access certification campaign design, SoD ruleset definition, and stakeholder management. - Proven ability to design and implement robust RBAC models starting from low-maturity baselines. - Strong capabilities guiding change management and ensuring high user adoption during enterprise security rollouts. - Must be based in Europe or LATAM with the ability to consistently work within the European time zone.
