- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with high-level executives confidently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com
- Fluency in French and English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Role Description This is a remote position. Our client is an AI-powered language technology company offering instant speech, text, and photo translation across 137 languages, with features like voice cloning, offline mode, and an AI assistant. The company is scaling its go-to-market efforts and is building out its sales function from the ground up. We're hiring a Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative to work directly alongside the founder/sales lead as the first dedicated sales hire. This is a builder role: you won't just work leads, you'll help design, test, and improve the sales process itself — from outreach scripts and CRM setup to qualification criteria and follow-up cadences. You'll have direct, daily access to leadership and real influence over how the sales system takes shape.
