• Build and maintain robust integrations that seamlessly ingest content from diverse enterprise systems • Create content processing systems that handle millions of documents while maintaining low API response times • Build the data models that power our AI brain's ability to synthesize insights across massive content libraries • Establish patterns, standards, and interfaces that enable product teams to rapidly build customer-facing features • Ensure reliable, performant content systems across all ingestion channels

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience designing and building distributed systems and handling large-scale content processing
  • Hands-on experience running services in modern cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
  • Proven track record of building reliable APIs and integration patterns for diverse data sources and formats
  • Ability to design scalable, maintainable data models that empower other teams to build on top of them
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
