• Ejecutar pruebas funcionales y exploratorias. • Colaborar en equipos multidisciplinarios y contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos de calidad. • Documentar resultados de pruebas y asegurar la calidad de productos relacionados con IA.
Job Requirements
- Nivel de inglés B2 o superior (las entrevistas y gran parte del trabajo diario se realizan en inglés).
- Residir en Colombia y contar con autorización legal para trabajar en el país.
- Contar con mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Quality Assurance (QA) y pruebas manuales.
- Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnologías de la Información o carreras afines.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en QA, pruebas manuales y diseño de casos de prueba.
- Conocimiento avanzado en Manual Testing y diseño de casos de prueba.
- Experiencia en mejores prácticas de pruebas y seguimiento de métricas de calidad.
- Experiencia en gestión de pruebas y defectos mediante Azure DevOps.
- Conocimientos básicos de Inteligencia Artificial Generativa, incluyendo: Comportamiento de prompts; Modelos de Lenguaje de Gran Escala (LLM); Riesgos de alucinaciones y variabilidad en las respuestas.
- Capacidad para ejecutar pruebas funcionales y exploratorias.
- Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Excelentes habilidades de documentación y comunicación.
- Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios en entornos colaborativos.
