Additionally, you will guide and direct this role to act as a dedicated producer for our more "elevated" social pieces, ensuring high-end post-production editing, polished formatting, and premium visual execution for major brand moments. Your commitment to our core values of “Be a Good Human,” “Amp the Experience,” “Lead Together,” and “Level Up” and your dedication to our pillars of “Craft Legendary Experiences,” “Powered by People,” “Build for the Future,” and “Beyond the Game” will shape how Batbox shows up in culture. This includes working evenings, weekends, and specific events when the action is happening. - End-to-End Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-impact short-form video content (including Reels, TikToks, and Stories) tailored for various platforms, ensuring a sharp eye for framing, lighting, sound, pacing, and overall visual narrative. Handle editing, audio syncing, & ad copy. - Copywriting: Write compelling captions tailored to different audience segments while fiercely maintaining the authentic Batbox voice, using our true brand voice, not an AI voice. - Cross-Platform Distribution: Maintain a steady stream of engaging Stories and strategically repurpose/cross-post content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. - Competitive Analysis: Keep a pulse on what competitors and peer brands in sports, entertainment, and Family Entertainment Centers (FEC) are doing to continuously innovate our output. Community Management & Engagement - Brand Voice Advocacy: Act as the voice of Batbox in comments, DMs, and mentions, responding quickly, on-brand, and with genuine personality. - Proactive Engagement: Interact with guests, followers, and UGC creators to foster a true community around the brand. - Real-Time Trends: Monitor and jump into relevant viral conversations and cultural trends in real time. - Feedback Routing: Coordinate with venue and partner teams to swiftly flag and route guest feedback or complaints to the right departments. Influencer & UGC Coordination - Relationship Management: Identify, outreach to, and manage relationships with local and regional influencers and content creators. - Creator Visits: Coordinate creator visits, deliverables, and usage rights in partnership with the Brand Director. - UGC Curation: Curate, reshare, and track user-generated content in a way that feels highly authentic to the brand. Manager Expectations - Project Management: Manage content producer’s projects from concept to completion. Ensure projects are clearly defined, the brief expectations are met, timelines are never missed, and communication is frequent with the Brand Director. - Quality & Consistency Control: Proof producer’s work and ensure all projects maintain a high standard of excellence. Align tone of voice, visuals, and ad copy across support pieces for advertising and social media. - Coaching: Maximize the content producer’s strengths while minimizing blocks and frustrations. Prioritize growth in skills and maturity within the role and beyond. Role Description The Director of Paid Media and Growth will own the strategy behind David’s Bridal’s organic search recovery and growth and its paid acquisition performance across the e-commerce business. Reporting to the President, this role sets the priorities that the e-commerce, marketing, and engineering teams execute against, with a clear mandate to stabilize and then scale traffic, conversion, and revenue following the platform migration. This is a strategic, hands-on operator role. The Director will manage David’s external SEO and paid media agencies, owning the relationship and performance of each and deciding what gets built, tested, and scaled. The defining skill is the ability to turn data into clearly prioritized, executable recommendations—and then follow through, measure, and iterate rather than react to the latest number. Key Responsibilities - SEO Recovery & Growth - Own SEO strategy end-to-end, focusing on recovering organic performance lost during the replatform. - Translate audits into a prioritized, sequenced roadmap that distinguishes high-impact work from busy work. - Partner with engineering to resolve technical SEO issues and establish standards. - Build out content and landing experiences that capture high-intent demand. - Establish optimization for emerging search surfaces, including AI/LLM-driven discovery. - Paid Acquisition - Own paid acquisition strategy and performance across channels. - Drive audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike strategies that activate David’s first-party data. - Set the testing agenda: define hypotheses, scale what works, cut what doesn’t, and reallocate spend against measured return. - Improve conversion across the funnel by connecting acquisition to on-site experience and merchandising. - Agency & Vendor Management - Manage both the SEO and paid acquisition agencies—setting strategy and holding them accountable to performance. - Ensure agency output is prioritized correctly and aligned to business goals. - Data, Insights & Prioritization - Serve as the voice of reason on the data: interrogate the numbers and identify the insight behind the trend. - Convert insights into a stack-ranked set of recommended actions. - Hold the organization to following through—finishing what was started and measuring the lift. - Bring a connected, full-funnel perspective. - Cross-Functional Leadership - Set priorities for and partner with the e-commerce, marketing, engineering, and data/insights teams. - Communicate clearly and confidently with senior leadership. - Operate with appropriate skepticism and follow-through. Qualifications - 7+ years in growth, SEO, and/or paid acquisition, ideally spanning both in-house and agency environments. - Deep, hands-on technical SEO expertise—site performance, structured data, indexation, content strategy. - Strong paid acquisition experience across major platforms. - Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies to measurable performance outcomes. - Proven ability to turn complex data into prioritized, executable recommendations. - E-commerce experience required; Shopify and/or headless commerce environments a plus. - Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous, lean environment. - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to brief and respectfully challenge senior executives. Benefits - Full Time Opportunity – A comprehensive benefits package is available. - Rewarding Environment and Competitive Pay. - Generous Dream Maker Discount After First Pay Period. - Referral Incentive Program. - Dayforce Wallet – Get Paid Early! - Health/Dental/Vision Insurance. - 401K Program. - Paid Vacation, Wellness Days & Holidays, including your Birthday off! - Pet Benefits.

Role Description We're hiring a Social Media Strategist to own the content engine across a multi-brand ecosystem built around a founder-led agency. This is not a "schedule posts and check a box" role. You'll manage content strategy and execution across four interconnected brands, each with a different voice, audience, and purpose. - A personal founder page (thought leadership, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle) - A full-service digital agency (B2B, case studies, authority content) - An entrepreneur interview podcast (clips, promos, guest content, episode marketing) - A marketing education brand (tutorials, frameworks, short-form teaching content) You need to understand why content works, not just how to post it. If you don't know what a funnel is, what a launch looks like, or how content drives revenue, this isn't the role. Qualifications - 3+ years managing social media with real results (follower growth, engagement rates, content that drove business outcomes) - Experience with founder-led or personal brand content, not just corporate accounts - Understanding of marketing fundamentals: funnels, launches, lead generation, audience building - Strong short-form video skills: filming, editing, scripting, pacing - Eye for detail and quality. You catch mistakes before they go out - Tools: Canva, CapCut or Premiere Pro, scheduling platforms, basic analytics - Atlanta-based or willing to travel for monthly recording sessions - Bonus: experience with podcast content marketing, webinar promotion, or multi-brand management Requirements - Own the content calendar across all four brands, coordinating with launches, campaigns, and business priorities - Script, create, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for each brand voice - Come to in-person recording sessions in Atlanta to capture and produce content batches - Repurpose podcast episodes and long-form content into platform-native clips - Write captions and copy that match each brand's tone. No misspelled words, no lazy captions, no generic hooks - Track performance and adjust strategy based on what's actually working, not just what looks good - Collaborate directly with the founder and production team on content direction - Maintain brand consistency across platforms while adapting to each brand's audience TO APPLY Send your resume and links to 2-3 accounts you've managed (with context on what you did and the results). If you have your own page with real engagement, include that too.
