• Participate fully in training opportunities provided to enhance knowledge and to meet requirements for licensing. • Work in a safe manner in accordance with state requirements, OSHA policies and procedures, and maintaining and utilizing required safety equipment when performing duties. • Use of Pesticide equipment to include sprayers, ladders, backpack blowers (up to 60 pounds) in heat and humidity, often through uneven terrain. • Responds to basic customer inquiries and requests and notifies owner(s) of complaints or issues to ensure timely resolution. • Utilizes excellent communication skills. • Serves as a problem solver for our customers by inspecting for pest entry points and mosquito habitats and utilizing the training provided to give our customers a pest & mosquito free environment. • Complete job documentation accurately and in a timely manner. • Work flexible schedule as required to meet weekly responsibilities, including occasional weekend hours. • Maintain a clean company vehicle and operate vehicle safely and legally. • Drive company vehicle to client sites to provide services in a professional, safe and friendly manner.
Job Requirements
- High School graduate / GED
- Valid Driver’s license with an excellent driving record
- One to three years experience in pest control preferred
- Job requires standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling
- Extended hours and weekends when necessary

Role Description The Wholesale Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the wholesale function, ensuring orders are processed accurately, inventory is effectively managed, and wholesale accounts receive timely administrative support. Reporting to the Global Wholesale Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating wholesale orders from purchase through to delivery, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing reports and account documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders and wholesale partners. Key Responsibilities - Order Administration & Processing - Enter, process, and confirm wholesale purchase orders accurately and within agreed timeframes. - Liaise with wholesale accounts to confirm order details, quantities, pricing, and delivery windows. - Track order status from placement through to dispatch and delivery, proactively flagging delays or discrepancies. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date order records across relevant systems – AP21 (e.g. ERP/order management platform, shared trackers). - Process order amendments, returns, and credit requests in line with wholesale policy. - Stock & Inventory Management - Monitor stock availability against confirmed and forecast wholesale orders. - Coordinate with the Supply Chain/Production teams to align stock allocation with wholesale demand. - Maintain accurate inventory and allocation records, escalating stock shortfalls or excess risk. - Support stock take, reconciliation, and reporting activities relevant to the wholesale channel. - Help manage sample stock and showroom inventory as required. - General Support to the Global Wholesale Manager - Provide day-to-day administrative support, including diary coordination, correspondence, and meeting preparation relevant to wholesale accounts. - Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and account summaries (e.g. sales performance, order status, ranging). - Assist with the preparation of account-facing materials, including line sheets, order forms, and pricing documents. - Support the coordination of trade show, showroom, and account meeting logistics as needed. - Act as a point of contact for wholesale accounts on routine order and administrative queries, escalating commercial matters to the Global Wholesale Manager. - Undertake ad hoc administrative and project tasks to support the broader wholesale function. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in wholesale coordination, sales support, customer service, order management, or a similar administrative role. - Strong experience processing purchase orders and coordinating order fulfilment. - Understanding of inventory management and stock allocation processes. - Experience using ERP, inventory management, or order processing systems (experience with AP21 is advantageous but not essential). - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - High attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders, inventory, and documentation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with internal teams and wholesale customers. - Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. - Experience within retail, wholesale, fashion, apparel, or consumer goods industries is highly regarded. • Own and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly client reporting across Harrier’s RPO and Project RPO accounts — accurately, on time, every time. • Act as the analyst and business partner for new client implementations: gather data and reporting requirements, design the dashboard, build the automations, and transition each client onto a clean, auditable reporting process. • Deliver commercial modelling, invoice reporting and ad hoc analysis — including pipeline bottleneck and sourcing performance analysis. • Own Harrier’s AI-powered automation program — designing and deploying AI agents that handle report generation, data quality monitoring and insight drafting across every client account, and keep every report standing up to scrutiny. • Champion AI adoption across the analytics function — identifying where natural language querying, predictive modelling and agent-based workflows can replace manual effort, and bringing the rest of the team along with you. • Present competitor knowledge, market trends and risk insights to talent partners and hiring managers as part of regular reporting. • Contribute to Harrier’s whole-of-company talent dashboard, giving leadership a single, consolidated view of performance, resourcing health and delivery risk.
