• Act as a technical owner and force multiplier for API-first architecture across the company • Design, build, and evolve high-scale APIs used by internal teams, external customers, and intelligent agents • Lead the development of agentic workflows, including orchestration, state management, tooling, and integration patterns • Drive API standards, design principles, and best practices through hands-on work and technical reviews • Tackle complex cross-team problems where requirements are ambiguous, and constraints are real • Partner with Product, Platform, and SRE teams to ensure APIs are reliable, observable, secure, and scalable • Identify and reduce systemic technical risks while enabling teams to move faster • Mentor senior engineers and raise the technical bar through example, not hierarchy

• You design and implement full-stack applications using TypeScript, React and Python. • As the person responsible for technical solutions, you shape software and microservice architectures with a focus on scalability, maintainability and clean code. • In collaboration with your team you work in pair-programming setups, share knowledge and drive technical decisions transparently. • Through Test-Driven Development, Domain-Driven Design and clear code structures you ensure robust, understandable and maintainable software over the long term. • You develop cloud-based solutions (AWS) using serverless architectures and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full stack applications using C#/.NET and React • Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern JavaScript, HTML and CSS • Contribute to architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability and security • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks across unit, integration and end-to-end testing • Drive engineering best practice through code reviews and quality standards • Work within a regulated software environment with a strong focus on quality and compliance • Collaborate closely with a small, highly skilled development team • Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment processes • Troubleshoot, optimise and improve performance across applications and services • Contribute to documentation, traceability and technical governance requirements • Support future growth of the engineering team through mentoring and knowledge sharing

• Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications using TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, NestJS, and React.js • Implement new functionality from scratch, including role-based access control services, API integration services, and custom endpoints • Work in an AI-augmented development environment, leveraging tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define, design, and deliver new features • Ensure code quality, security, and performance through critical evaluation of AI-generated outputs • Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to team planning, estimation, and retrospectives
