• Identify and develop new retail opportunities across pharmacies and health food stores • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to drive sales performance • Conduct in-store visits to support merchandising, brand visibility and product placement • Deliver engaging product training sessions to retail teams and healthcare professionals • Promote the product range to relevant stakeholders including nutritionists and dietitians • Participate in trade shows and industry events to support brand awareness • Work collaboratively with retail partners to create promotional initiatives and in-store activity • Monitor sales performance, customer engagement and territory activity • Manage CRM records, administration and monthly territory expenditure • Provide market feedback and insights to internal sales and marketing teams

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full stack applications using C#/.NET and React • Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern JavaScript, HTML and CSS • Contribute to architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability and security • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks across unit, integration and end-to-end testing • Drive engineering best practice through code reviews and quality standards • Work within a regulated software environment with a strong focus on quality and compliance • Collaborate closely with a small, highly skilled development team • Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment processes • Troubleshoot, optimise and improve performance across applications and services • Contribute to documentation, traceability and technical governance requirements • Support future growth of the engineering team through mentoring and knowledge sharing
