• Proporcionar un servicio de alta calidad a nuestros clientes gestionando sus flotas de vehículos en Suecia. • Comunicar por correo electrónico y/o teléfono con talleres para resolver problemas diarios, así como preparar presupuestos cuando sea necesario. • Revisar y comparar los presupuestos proporcionados por los talleres en sus consultas. • Comprobar referencias y tiempos de reparación usando las diversas herramientas de TI disponibles. • Proporcionar asesoría mecánica para las consultas recibidas. • Indicar a los clientes la ubicación geográfica de los talleres en la zona solicitada. • Realizar verificaciones y registrar datos en la base de datos de vehículos (historial de reparación). • Gestionar flotas de vehículos de acuerdo con los calendarios de mantenimiento de los fabricantes. • Utilizar programas de diferentes fabricantes, así como el software propio de la empresa.
Job Requirements
- Formación académica: Formación Profesional Superior en Automoción o Formación Profesional de Grado Medio en Automoción Electromecánica.
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en el sector automotriz.
- Sueco avanzado: nivel C1/C2.
- Buen conocimiento de Office 365, especialmente Excel, Outlook y Teams.
