Job Description
Sales Training Manager, Prenatal
BillionToOne
• Design, build, and continuously improve a comprehensive sales training curriculum spanning new hire onboarding, ongoing skill development, product launches, and national/regional meeting programming • Develop structured learning journeys rooted in adult learning theory — incorporating spaced repetition, competency-based progressions, and blended modalities (live, virtual, asynchronous, and field-based) • Bring a strong eye for digital and online learning design — transforming existing content into interactive, visually engaging experiences • Build and run sales programs, role-play frameworks, sales playbooks, and best-in-class sales messaging to ensure reps can execute in the field with consistency and confidence • Own the architecture of training content within Showpad, EasyGenerator, or equivalent LMS, including learning pathways, assessments, and continuing education tracks — continuously evaluating and adopting new tools and platforms that improve learning outcomes • Actively leverage AI tools to develop training content, simulate coaching scenarios, analyze rep performance patterns, and scale program delivery without sacrificing quality • Use performance data and field analytics to identify training gaps, measure program effectiveness, and make evidence-based decisions about where to focus coaching effort — moving beyond gut instinct to a metrics-driven training model • Lead the onboarding process for new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed from day one • Support in-person training at national sales meetings (NSMs) and regional meetings, delivering targeted, actionable coaching and facilitation for new hires and tenured reps • Lead workshops, breakout sessions, and live training activities at regional and national sales meetings and new hire training programs • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Training and Legal to ensure all content and messaging is compliant with company objectives and regulatory requirements • Maintain and update the Sales Training AI Chatbot with accurate, timely information — and identify opportunities to make it a smarter, more dynamic resource over time • Manage logistics for in-person new hire training programs • Requires approximately 30% travel for in-person training, national sales meetings, and regional meetings
