• Independently executes and delivers GIS projects varying from basic to moderate to significant scopes and complexity. • Develop databases and various mapping outputs to support reports and other project deliverables. • Create, organize, manipulate, and retrieve GIS data for reporting, analysis, and presentation purposes. • Perform quality assurance of GIS data and associated graphic components. • Use concepts, practices, and procedures to extract and provide GIS data to clients. • Prepare and maintain internal and external project documentation, including quality control documentation. • Provide support to AECOM’s Military Munitions Response information dashboard. • Work directly with Level I/II/III/IV GIS Specialists and Project Managers.

Role Description The GIS Specialist I supports Celerity’s project team by providing geospatial and data management expertise to client projects. This role is responsible for reviewing engineering documents, validating asset data, and using GIS tools to create, analyze, and maintain records and maps. Working closely with engineers and project managers, the GIS Specialist I helps ensure accurate documentation of utility assets, supports quality control processes, and contributes to client deliverables. Key Responsibilities - Review engineering documents, drawings, and specifications to identify key information for analysis. - Verify data on underground and overhead electric system structures, including components, configurations, and supporting documentation of current asset conditions. - Perform searches and data validation using client platforms such as GIS, SAP, and document repositories. - Conduct GIS functions including creating, modifying, and updating records, maps, and diagrams; querying geodatabases; and extracting data for analysis. - Gather and research data from engineering as-built drawings and project documentation. - Perform quality control (QC) and review checks for asset inventories, engineering drawings, and related records. - Provide mark-ups and redlines on engineering documents in accordance with client and project specifications. - Maintain project tracking logs and coordination tools, including status updates, schedules, and challenges. - Produce project reports, maps, and updates as needed to support client and internal teams. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, or a related discipline; OR a GIS certificate plus relevant experience. - At least 1 year of work experience (GIS experience preferred but not required). - Demonstrated skill with Esri ArcGIS (ArcGIS Desktop 10.x/ArcGIS Pro) to develop, edit, and maintain data from engineering as-built drawings. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access). - Understanding of geographic data types, including land base, imagery, and utility infrastructure. - Strong attention to detail and ability to complete complex assignments accurately. - Effective verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client sites. - Ability to work extended hours and/or overtime as needed. • The GIS Solution Architect is the functional and technical authority for the end-to-end ArcGIS Utility Network solution design on a utility GIS modernization program. • Own the ESRI ArcGIS Utility Network solution design: domain network definitions, tier configurations (radial, mesh), terminal assignments, containment associations, junction-edge connectivity rules, and network attribute definitions. • Conduct Fit-Gap workshops comparing SmallWorld GDM schema and G/Technology module data models to ESRI UN target architecture; document design decisions and configuration rationale. • Define network topology validation standards: connectivity tolerance rules, dirty area management, subnetwork validation criteria, and pre-go-live network tracing acceptance tests. • Design and lead iterative mock migration cycles; define validation KPIs — connectivity rate, attribute completeness, tracing correctness, and spatial accuracy — and own defect remediation through go-live.

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products. • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures. • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures. • Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products. • Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business. • Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities. • Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products. • Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region. • Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support. • Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
