The focus is on collaborating closely with sales leaders to identify growth opportunities and develop robust sales strategies. This fully remote position allows for flexibility while contributing to a significant impact in the sales landscape. Support the NA Sales VP and Silvus sales team in operational tasks. Conduct daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting. Prepare operation reviews and quarterly business review presentations. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Manage and maintain CRM data for accuracy. Collaborate with sales team on strategies for growth. Create reports and dashboards to track sales performance. Drive sales forecasting and quota setting processes. Implement process improvements for sales operations. Provide training on tools and best practices to the sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in operations management or sales.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial acumen to understand sales profitability.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/Zohp and Tableau software.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Research and reporting skills for data analysis.
  • Good influencing and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of channel distribution strategies.
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts.
