• Serve as the account and/or program lead for high-profile, complex client programs • Oversee the development and execution of large-scale experiential and live event production • Manage venue sourcing and sponsorship negotiations • Identify opportunities for organic growth on your accounts • Build and approve account and program budgets and SOWs • Develop and implement account strategies that drive long-term client growth and retention • Serve as a key day-to-day client partner • Mentor and manage Senior Managers, Managers, and Coordinators • Ensure seamless communication and alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders • Contribute to departmental process improvements • Represent RedPeg as a senior leader in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities • Travel as required to oversee high-profile activations and client engagements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7–9+ years of relevant marketing, event, or sponsorship experience, with agency experience preferred
- Experience leading large-scale, high-profile programs
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Experience working with national and multinational brands
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Proven experience in budget management and financial accountability
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Keynote
- Willingness to travel to oversee program activations and client engagements as needed
