Helium SEO

Helium SEO is hiring an experienced Account Manager to lead digital marketing campaigns for our valued clients. As an Account Manager, you will bring your professionalism, enthusiasm, curiosity, and top-notch communication abilities to foster strong B2B client relationships. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service, manage projects effectively, and achieve outstanding results for your assigned accounts. Nurture and grow relationships with assigned client accounts to drive retention and expansion of books of business Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide strategic guidance on their digital marketing efforts Analyze and translate complex data into actionable insights for clients Proactively plan and execute client campaigns, leveraging internal and external resources for optimal performance Ensure an exceptional end-to-end client experience Prepare and present professional, detailed monthly reports and presentations Lead regular client meetings and status calls Collaborate closely with our SEO, SEM, & CRO engineering teams, facilitating direct communication when needed Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and renewal

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing account management
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies - SEM and SEO
  • Strong background in managing B2B and B2C client relationships and driving account success
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident, engaging communication style
  • Grace under pressure and the ability to effectively address client concerns
  • Results-driven approach with a positive, high-energy attitude
  • Ability to thrive in both autonomous and collaborative work environments
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Ads)
  • Relevant home service industry experience is a plus
