• Run evaluations on AI features: scoring outputs with AI assistance, flagging regressions, building golden sets, and turning results into clear writeups the team can act on. • Build lightweight tools and automations using AI coding tools: scripts, internal helpers, and one-off prototypes the team needs quickly. • Execute on prompt and workflow iteration: implementing changes, testing variations, and shipping the next round. • Run external outreach and relationship management end to end: reaching out to KOLs, running the calls, and following through. • Work with internal stakeholders to drive AI team outcomes: partnering with teams like marketing and other product teams. • Step in on whatever else is the AI team's highest-leverage need that week, even if it falls outside the list above.
• Define and execute the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Atlas Oracle • Craft and refine the Atlas Oracle brand story and ensure consistent messaging • Design and execute GTM campaigns tailored to target segments • Oversee the creation of high-impact technical and business content • Build and nurture a community of developers and DeFi enthusiasts
• Ad Operations — Coordinate post-sale execution of ad campaigns including banner ads, sponsored content (deep dives, newsletters), and social media placements. • API Operations — Manage post-sale onboarding, coordination, and ongoing support for API clients. • Client Management — Own client communications across email, Telegram, and other channels; confirm specs, timelines, and deliverables; keep clients informed at every stage. • Performance Reporting — Build and deliver campaign performance reports; analyze results and surface actionable optimization recommendations. • Internal Coordination — Work cross-functionally with content, design, and sales teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and to spec.
• Define objectives for the Marketing function in partnership with the senior leaders of the organization and of the leadership team • Drive implementation / execution of Marketing strategies and tactics to achieve key results as set on a quarterly and annual basis • Empower Marketing team leads across the business units to succeed in their roles and deliver commercial outcomes across our product suite • Empower our Local and Community Management teams to grow the addressable market for our products and the overall CoinMarketCap ecosystem • Instill a culture of practice, performance, and data orientation through consistent project management across social media, web, chat, content, and video assets • Support and enable the Brand and PR teams to tell a compelling and coherent narrative about CoinMarketCap and the role of the company and its products in the emergence of the decentralized web
• Define the vision and roadmap for on-chain data products at CMC • Write clear and succinct user stories and product requirement documents • Work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders • Collect data (both qualitative and quantitative) to inform product direction • Evaluate the products and features you launch methodically and critically • Understand the competitive and partner landscape • Challenge assumptions and think outside the box to find ways to improve your products • Strong sense of UX and UI design, and ability to work effectively with designers
• Own the full sales cycle for CMC’s advertising products — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals • Sell across the full ad inventory: display/banner ads, sponsored coin/token listings, newsletter and email placements, and custom campaign packages • Build and manage a strong pipeline of advertisers including crypto projects, exchanges, wallets, launchpads, and Web3 brands • Develop tailored advertising proposals and media plans that align with client objectives and budgets • Serve as the primary contact between advertising clients and internal teams (ad ops, design, editorial) for campaign execution and performance • Grow revenue from existing advertisers through renewals, upsells, and new product adoption • Monitor campaign performance metrics and share insights with clients to demonstrate ROI • Track advertising market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks in the crypto space
• Primary sales representative for CoinMarketCap including ads, API solutions, and other relevant inventories where applicable • Serve as a communication bridge between clients/partners and internal teams for troubleshooting issues and other operational matters • Expand the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships to ensure continuous revenue growth
• Identify the biggest user pain points where a crypto AI can materially improve outcomes. • Turn ambiguous ideas into a clear MVP, with crisp scope, constraints, and success metrics. • Prototype full AI experiences in Python to validate value and quality before we ship to production. • Own prompts and context engineering: instruction design, context shaping, guardrails, tool/function calling patterns, and output formatting. • Build practical evaluation loops: golden sets, scenario coverage, qualitative rubrics, regressions, and acceptance criteria. • Design the AI user experience: make it clear, trustworthy, and resilient if things go wrong. • Run fast experiments, learn from real outputs and usage data, and iterate quickly. • Partner with Engineering to ship: provide handoff specs, edge cases, evaluation results, and support debugging and iteration post-launch. • Work on whatever surface is the highest leverage.
• Develop AI Agent Systems: Build intelligent search and task execution agents using ReAct, planning, and multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Dify, CrewAI) • Optimize End-to-End RAG Pipelines: Build and refine efficient RAG systems from ingestion, chunking, and embedding to hybrid vector search (OpenSearch), implementing precise grounding and citation • LLM Training & Alignment: Conduct advanced post-training (SFT, RLHF, continual pretraining) and align models for reliable JSON-schema function calling and external tool usage • Automated Evaluation & Iteration: Build offline/online evaluation pipelines using synthetic QA, retrieval metrics, and hallucination detection to continuously improve system performance and stability
• Plan and build the test framework for the Oracle project. Lead the design, development, and CI integration of automation testing solutions. • Design and write efficient, maintainable automated test cases and scripts for APIs, Web/UI, and core business processes. • Set up and maintain automated testing frameworks and environments, integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline for rapid quality feedback. • Perform automated verification and stress testing for Oracle database operations, data consistency, and system performance. • Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and collaborate effectively with the development team to resolve issues.
