Academic Planning and Control Assistant

GRAN

• Assist in managing the content production workflow; • Identify, analyze and propose improvements to academic processes; • Continuously strive to improve academic planning and control metrics; • Retrieve and provide faculty performance indicators; • Register and monitor academic information for courses, instructors, subjects, etc.; • Identify opportunities for operational optimization in content production; • Assist with faculty payment management; • Monitor faculty contract signing; • Monitor and update faculty records in Gran's system; • Support instructors with content and question validation workflows; • Perform administrative operational and academic back-office activities for Higher Education; • Support student services and public-facing teams with requests related to academic and pedagogical coordination; • Communicate directly with faculty using clear, concise, helpful and formal language; • Occasionally assist with recording educational materials and/or evaluate content adherence to institutional guidelines.

  • Proficiency with online tools (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, PDF);

This may require overnight hotel stays, car rentals and/or flights, depending on the prescribed coverage area. Holding multiple state licenses will be required, as dictated by business needs. Role Description We are actively searching for a Senior Meeting Planner (SMP) to add to our team. Responsibilities include: - Acting as a primary point of contact for the client. - Fulfilling daily event-related needs and ensuring smooth functioning of client teams. - Working under the direction of a Meeting Director (MD) when applicable. Typical meetings are 1-3 days in length, have 50-100 attendees, sponsors, a small number of exhibitors, poster sessions, keynote and breakout sessions, and off-site receptions.
