Commercial Account Executive

To complement our rapid growth, we are actively looking for talented and experienced Net New Sales Representatives for our Commercial (Inside) Sales team. Nurture and follow up on warm leads (no cold calls) Build and manage a sales pipeline Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle Identify, qualify, and close prospects; overcome objections through consultative approach Meet and exceed monthly sales KPI’s (key performance indicators) and monthly quota Track and manage opportunities in Salesforce.com CRM following standard Five9 internal sales process Articulate company value proposition Be the subject matter expert on all services and products offered by Five9 Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct sales - preferably in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) or Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)
- Excellent sales and presentation skills via phone, email and web-conference
- Demonstrated success in driving sales process and closing business over the phone
- Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
- Industry experience is a huge plus, but not required
- Energetic, upbeat, tenacious, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College degree (BA/BS) is required
- Desired Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of contact center and unified communications technology and concepts
- Cloud services; VoIP
- Previous experience with Salesforce.com CRM
- Software-as-a-Service Applications (Cloud) experience and understanding
- Work Location
- This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.
