• Ensure achievement of targets by strategically expanding existing customer relationships and actively acquiring new customers within the sales territory. • Proactively plan, implement, and continuously develop all commercial activities to achieve sustainable market penetration. • Develop and strengthen long-term partnerships with relevant healthcare stakeholders, particularly clinical staff. • Provide expert support during surgical procedures, assist with implantations and device programming, and conduct training and follow-up measures in selected facilities. • Therapy consultation and product expertise. • Provide qualified consultation to physicians and medical staff on innovative therapy solutions, especially in neuromodulation, Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS), and Targeted Drug Delivery (TDD). • Implement and adapt market development strategies and actively participate in product launches to ensure profitable growth. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing), use CRM systems efficiently (e.g., Salesforce), take responsibility for order and billing processes, and continuously optimize customer-related workflows.
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in a technical or medical field (e.g., biomedical engineering).
- Good anatomical knowledge and a strong technical and medical affinity.
- Confident, professional demeanor with strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- Structured, proactive working style with high flexibility, resilience, and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems and relevant tools, along with strong teamwork and integrity.
- High willingness to travel (approx. 75%) and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent German and good English skills.
