• Global accountability for LEX Warehousing applications • Ensuring product quality and stability • Overseeing team member work deliverables to ensure quality expectations are met • Defining & implementing new processes to meet business stakeholder requirements • Review all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle to ensure completeness, consistency, quality and requirement traceability • Global governance of Managed Services team across all regions in support of extensive global production usage of owned application • Meeting project deliverables and exit criteria on schedule • Provide a clear and compelling Product Vision to the team and stakeholders • Manage product roadmap including engagement in demand intake process • Define the Product value and validate the product delivers the expected outcomes • Research user needs, industry trends, strategic priorities, and stakeholder feedback to shape the Product Vision and Roadmap • Collaboration, coaching, engagement with broad stakeholder audiences including product, deployment & operational teams along with end users, etc

Make test calls, read the docs like a merchant would, and find every spot where integration hurts. • Sit with our biggest merchants. Learn why they use us. Map the full journey, from first API call to first live transaction, and mark where people drop off. • Own the roadmap for the API • Make the calls on what we build, what we kill, and what we say no to (kindly). • Own pricing and packaging too. Price it so merchants win and so do we. • Ship it, and keep it boringly reliable • Run delivery with Engineering using rituals that stick: sprints, retros, the good stuff. • Grow the number of live merchants and the volume flowing through the API, and have the numbers to back it up. • Hold the line on uptime, security, and compliance. • Merchants move their customers' money through us. "Mostly works" isn't a thing. • Make integration super simple (the Enablement bit) • Cut time-to-first-transaction. The faster a merchant goes live, the better the product. • Build docs, sandboxes, and support materials so good that merchants barely need to email us. • Give Sales, Solutions, and Support what they need to win deals and keep merchants happy.

• Own the 1035YellowPages product roadmap, identify what clients need, and how to ship it for deployment • Write specs and build them: design and code product enhancements in C#/.NET, including database objects, ASP.NET Web Forms, and WCF web services • Debug, triage, and resolve defects and performance issues across the stack • Coordinate new client onboarding and provide direct technical support for the service • Generating 30%+ of your code output using AI-assisted development tools and using them thoughtfully to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality • Becoming a subject-matter expert at a portfolio company development stack within 6 months, so you can independently deliver work in those environments using AI.
