Role Description The overarching mission of the Sales and Administrative Coordinator is to drive ongoing revenue growth by providing white-glove service and a VIP experience to clients (new and existing) and client referral sources (professionals and families). Under the leadership of the Senior Director of Advising, the Sales and Administrative Coordinator owns the end-to-end sales cycle, guiding all new tutoring inquiries through the sales and program design process until handoff to their tutor. In addition to working with new clients, the Sales and Administrative Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and cultivating relationships with current and former tutoring clients through ongoing touchpoints and outreach. The Sales and Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for other administrative tasks in addition to their primary sales responsibilities.
