• Understanding client’s strategic objectives, key drivers of success, and organizational culture • Providing guidance in assessing goals and strategies to optimize programs • Establishing partnerships with key business constituents • Completing strategic account plans to identify business opportunities • Leading improvement of the Amex GBT's value proposition • Leading business planning, quarterly and annual reviews, and ongoing management for the account • Researching the marketplace and competitor products/services
Job Requirements
- Proven success in global account/client management and/or project management
- TMC experience required
- Large market/multinational client/global experience required
- Proven success in upselling products, services, and solutions
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement growth strategies
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions for entertainment travel needs
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Travel Operations knowledge required
- Solid understanding of Business Travel Service Delivery technology/tools
