Role Description Greeley is seeking an AVP, Technology Advancement & Innovation to lead the identification, evaluation, development, and commercialization of technology-enabled solutions that accelerate growth, expand market impact, and enhance client value. This role will serve as Greeley’s leader for technology strategy and innovation, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and digital solutions that strengthen credentialing, privileging, provider enrollment, and medical staff services offerings. Working closely with Greeley leadership and Chartis technology, AI, and product teams, this individual will: - Identify high-value opportunities - Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions - Develop business cases - Guide the creation of scalable solutions and offerings The role serves as a bridge between subject matter experts, operational leaders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure Greeley remains at the forefront of innovation in medical staff services and the practitioner lifecycle.
