Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Strong understanding of retirement plans, recordkeeping, workplace benefits, fintech operations, or wealth technology platforms. - Proven ability to build and scale implementation and onboarding functions in a multi-stakeholder service environment. - Experience leading plan conversions, new client setup, data mapping, payroll onboarding, and cross-functional launch execution. - Strong project management, process design, and operational problem-solving skills, with experience managing KPIs, SLAs, service standards, playbooks, and escalation workflows. - Excellent relationship management and communication skills across advisors, TPAs, plan sponsors, employers, participants, and internal stakeholders. - Comfortable working cross-functionally and using CRM, implementation, ticketing, reporting, and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
