Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or financial-related work experience

- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in PC-based office productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel)
