Builder PM - Product Manager × AI
MVSTWelcome to MVST 👋 We’re a full product delivery studio based in Munich and Barcelona, on a mission to help companies build products and services that truly make a difference in the world. We’re completely independent. We’re known for innovative design, progressive ways of working, and cutting-edge technology. We believe in enjoying the journey, celebrating wins (big or small), and creating things that matter.
Role Description A new kind of PM role for the AI era. You define the product, then you build a first version of it yourself — no engineers required. - Prototype before you brief - Use AI tools — Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0, and whatever comes next — to turn a client problem into something tangible before design or engineering get involved. Show, don't describe. - Compress the feedback loop and handle stakeholders - Iterate with clients in real time. Instead of week-long design cycles, bring a working concept to the second meeting. Get signal earlier, waste less, ship smarter. - Manage stakeholders across the board - You're the single point of truth for everyone invested in the product — clients, engineers, designers, and leadership. You set expectations, communicate trade-offs clearly, and make sure no one is surprised. When priorities shift or scope gets messy, you're the one who holds it together and brings the room back to what matters. - Own the product strategy - This is still a PM role. You define what to build and why, manage priorities, and lead a cross-functional team through delivery. The building is a superpower, not a substitute. - Raise the bar on what's possible - You'll be one of the first people in this role at MVST. You'll help define how we work at the intersection of product and AI while actively shaping the collaboration between PMs and developers along the way. Qualifications - 3+ years in product management - Hands-on with AI tools, right now - A builder's instinct - Comfortable with ambiguity - Fluent in German and English Requirements - You know how to run a product — discovery, prioritisation, stakeholder management, delivery. The building capability layers on top of that foundation. - You've already used Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or similar to make something real — not just to write better emails. You're excited about what's coming next, not anxious about it. - You default to making something rather than describing it. You've shipped side projects, internal tools, or prototypes — with or without a formal technical background. - This role doesn't have a playbook yet. You thrive when you're figuring things out rather than following a process — and you bring others with you when you do. - Both languages are part of daily life across our client base and internal teams, ideally you’re fluent in both. Benefits - Remote-first with flexible hours - 25 annual vacation days + 2 extra days off over the holidays (24.12 & 31.12) - €500 travel budget to work from our Munich or Barcelona offices - €1,500 annual learning budget + access to Udemy courses - Company-sponsored retreats (Mallorca, Italy), hackathons, and monthly events like breakfasts, lunches, and after-works - €50 monthly top-up for lifestyle perks: choose from Urban Sports Club or Alan Health Insurance.
