The Job The Senior Software Solutions Architect (SSSA) leads technology solution design efforts within one of Christian Care Ministry’s (CCM) domain pillars, following the CCM SDLC process. The SSSA acts as the bridge between non-IT stakeholders and the software development staff, crafting technology and feature roadmaps, delivering requirement specifications, and working directly with the software delivery team to ensure quality development and release of features. The SSSA coordinates with our project managers, executive sponsors, and departmental “business owners” to ensure organizational alignment in terms of timelines, commitments, and status. The development projects are critical, high value initiatives that are part of a larger enterprise IT strategy. During the project design efforts, the Senior Software Solutions Architect leads the team of Architects and UX Research/Designers, and partners with PMO, IT Infrastructure, Production Operations, 3rd Party Vendors/Partners, Software Delivery Managers, and Security/Compliance teams, to design solutions that will be implemented by CCM IT Delivery teams, in order to provide efficient, value-based services to CCM Internal Users and to Members of CCM's Medi-Share program.
